We will then be able to match your order with the image uploaded here. If an image is not uploaded, this can delay your order being fulfilled until we can attain an image from the buyer.

     

    WE WILL USE THE MOST RECENT IMAGE UPLOADED. This applies if you are only purchasing one pendant. If you are purchasing multiple, please upload the images one at a time.

     

    IMAGE MUST BE 1084 x 1084 PIXELS OR LARGER. The image must also HAVE SUFFICIENT LIGHTING so we that we can recreate as much detail as possible. This is to ensure that the engraving comes out as nice as possible. If you wish for us to use a lower quality image please specify in the upload section.

     

    IMAGE MUST NOT CLIP THE TOP OR SIDES OF A PORTRAIT. This is to ensure that we have the entire focal point within the heart pendant so as to not have any unpleasant clipping of the engraving.
